introducing my new collection udaipur for rikshaw design! we got an amazing response from this collection, its my first bedding set with an animal motif and it is truly gender-neutral. love the color combo in orange, golds and green. the collection will be available this summer and can be pre-ordered by customers and stores now.

areaware was at the bubble show. they have the best collection of chic designs for kids & adults.
i bought the wooden gorilla designed by david weeks, that i will use for a photoshoot, but until then i love having him hang in my office. other items i love are the gold piggy bank, the animal silk screened onesies and pillows. the wooden radio is the coolest and the orca art.. love it for a nursery..

i have been glued to all the info on actress daryl hannah's website "love life"..chock full of really interesting environmental tips, articles, products, and all her videos from her treks in africa ect..had no idea she was so active..where have i been ?
in this video she explains how she runs her own car on bio diesel, this was filmed back in 2006..why isn't this more of a reality yet..love that she is actually doing something with all that french fry grease!

i saw this on my one of my favorite blogs coco+kelley, and i had to see more of this amazing carriage house, turned to the design studio of Urban Grace Interiors I have always thought a "messy" space indicates a "busy" space..love love those barn doors..

not being a fashionista..i stopped in my tracks when i saw the new Burberry ads, and thought maybe i could pull these gorgeous looks off!..i would like the mini dress, the green metallic necklace and who knew a trench with an ombre effect could update a staple so good! more please!

need a new look? Ryland Woodard has the eye..she is one of my oldest and closest friends and has her own design biz in Richmond, Virginia with clients across the country.
she has been featured for designing childrens rooms..i swoon over the hollywood regency style mirror and the crystal chandelier..
i think that her custom window treatments are her signature..beautifully designed with gorgeous details..they steal the show in all her rooms!

sarah waldo organics
I had the pleasure of meeting sarah at the bubble show..she was so cute and come right up to me, expressing how much she loved rikshaw design..when we passed business cards to eachother, her's was like mine letterpressed to perfection..i just knew we would become fast friends! Her clothing designs are impeccably constructed. she uses organic natural fibers, plant based dyes and she is committed to keeping the production in the US.
I want them in adult sizes! especially the maggie coat! check out her designs here.
