we're off to NY!

we are headed to NYC to do a trade show this friday!..i need your help..after long days in a convention center you need to break free and soak up some NYC style... need some restaurant suggestions, fun people watching bars, any new must see shops, sample sales?! (the UES Jcrew collection store is on the list..what else..)

You'll die when you set foot in the J.Crew shop! Hmmm, you could also get a bite at Schiller's Liquor Bar in the Lower East Side. Or brunch at Little Giant (also in the LES) or at Balthazar in Soho. The Chelsea flea market is always fun as far as shopping goes. I'm so jealous. Safe travels and pack lots of warm clothes!

Baltahzar is a must. Try to have a bite to eat at MOMA, and soak in a little culture. also just take a stroll up town on Madison..cool shops, art galleries, cafes.Have fun!!
