DIY- crafty time
sorry for the lack of information on the image from my "casual sequin" post..
found these popular glitter booties here, with a step by step guide to how she copied these above and glammed up her own boots below..
now that we are all rolling up our sleeves and heading to craft stores...grab some neon spray paint a cheapo necklace and you got yourself a cute statement necklace.like she did below..
