mexico trip

a flight filled with surfers and a ukulele playing, i boarded the plane to Zihuatanejo...vacation mode began. Then @45 min drive up to Troncones I landed at Present Moment Retreat.
all i can say is ahhhhhh
Greeted by CJ the founder and her dog Bohdi, i felt like i had landed to a secluded lil oasis of calm.

typical day there was:
wake up and go to morning yoga on the platform overlooking into the ocean
eat a yummy breakfast
lounge, nap, read, beach walk during the day
go to evening restorative yoga
clean up, eat dinner, have some marggies
go to bed early

Present Moment has open air Palapas for you to stay in.
the best part of the experience is sleeping in the open salt air and listening to the waves
they are clean and have everything you need..including a water filtration, so you can brush your teeth with the faucet!

i miss it already! i came home and my blissed out brain was moving as slow as the waves and it was heavenly

the food...can we discuss the food...i had a smoothie and green juice everyday, fresh dishes of veggies and of course the best margarita in town!

at the roadside quesadilla lady..yummmmm hand-made tortillas

ending the trip in Zihuatanejo, beautiful sunsets

it was nice to hit the old part of town and buy goodies...textiles of course!

found some otomi...jackpot!

sorry for the lack of posts recently ...this is my BUSY BUSY season, hard to keep up with it all...hang in there with me!
