i tweeted about this..so i should blog about it too...i ordered a custom ring for myself!! and feeling sooooo guilty!! i NEVER splurge on 'stuff'..like shoes, clothing, jewelry
i guess i do splurge on comfort without a blink..like an upgrade on a flight, spa treatments..but never on stuff and especially not BLING!
i deserve it right??..and its seriously not that much $$$ it just feels weird for me because i am not used to spending my money on myself..
btw..its so pretty gold and indian looking..i heart.

Every once in a blue moon I splurge like that...and feel EXACTLY the same way...but then the guilt goes away, and what lingers is my complete love for whatever it was I splurged on. And now dying to see what this ring looks like, b/c judging by your Rickshaw line, you have such gorgeous taste!
I promised myself that I would purchase a wide band that is very much like a Cathy Waterman design once I hit a certain level in my career. I have never had such an extreme case of buyer's remorse in my life. I loved the ring and logically knew it was fine to purchase, but I had never splurged on myself (especially not like this :) ) before.
Just keep reminding yourself that you deserve it.....and you should wear it proudly!
There is no room for guilt, but always room for pleasure. Enjoy your fab find! We all can't wait to see it!!!
