since everyone is experiencing record breaking heat..its got me thinking about swim wear..YIKES!
i am loving the shot of my mom on the previous post and made me think..i want a bathing suit that covers me up, and cute too..
string bikini days are sadly in the past for me..

i haven't looked this year, but in the past i have oddly enough found some really cute one pieces on victoria's secret (online)! i love one-pieces...i have 3!!! so fun and classy. :)

I love the Anthro suits, but I think that lavender mountain on the "impressionistic" one (left) would look a little too 3-D on me! (my tummy is my nemeis). I find that Calvin Klein makes great one-piece's. Nice, secure fabric with sexy style.
I think I want to try a J.Crew one piece too...and if I don't stop eating the damn cupcakes from the bakery round the corner I won't have any choice. Hope your neck feels better in the morning you poor thing!!! xoxo

the carmen marc valvo "retro one-piece" for VS is the most amazing swimsuit i've ever owned. I recently bought it in black for our hawaii trip next month, as well as a few of the jcrew suits....loving all the one piece suits this year!
I love your collection! I am a big fan of one-piece swimming suits myself - whether or not you've got the bod for a bikini, I just think there's something to be said for a confident woman whose appeal is not in her sensuality. I'm all about the vintage styles. Here are a few of my favorites:
